altf_four c973768495 CMake: Fix incorrect compiler flags (#139) ...

* Fix CMake compiler args.

- Replace -stdlib=libc++ with -std=gnu11 & apply it to clang too.
- Remove redundant -fstrict-aliasing.
- Remove warned and redundant -Weverything
