Akos Kiss b934dd8308 Fixup JMEM_HEAP_STAT_xxx definitions (#2509) ...

- Get the macro definition indentations right.
- Define some of the macros only if system allocator is not in use.
- Ensure that macros with arguments don't cause unused variable
  warnings even if memory statistics is disabled.
