ToUint32 function instead of ToLength.

In case of Proxy objects, there were no property descriptor checks when
collecting enumerable properties. Therefore, all the non-enumerable
Proxy.target properties were listed as well.

The DataView's third argument incorrectly processed the "undefined"
value resulting in a RangeError.

As stated in ES 16.1, "arguments" and "caller" must not be created in:
- strict functions created using the Function constructor
- generator functions created using the Generator constructor
- async functions created using the AsyncFunction constructor
- functions created using the bind

ES2015 spec made an incompatible change, many builtin prototypes became
no longer valid instances of their respective classes. But unfortunately
it broke the web, so ES2016 reverted String, Boolean and Number prototype
to the original behaviour (ES5.1). JerryScript should match the latest spec.

- 'es2015-subset' profile is deprecated, and an 'es.next' profile is added.
- The default profile is changed to 'es.next'
- Renamed the JERRY_ES2015 guard to JERRY_ESNEXT
- Renamed JERRY_ES2015_BUILTIN_* guards to JERRY_BUILTIN_*
- Moved es2015 specific tests to a new 'es.next' subdirectory
- Updated docs, targets, and test runners to reflect these changes

When the getOwnPropertyDescriptor method was invoked the input property
descriptor was not cleared in every case. This could lead to problems when
the property descriptor is not set/modified by the getOwnPropertyDescriptor
call, resulting in a failure at a later state.
Related to this the Proxy getOwnPropertyDescriptor method incorrectly returned
"undefined" value in a single case.

A single promise can be resolved any number of times due to
thenable functions, but each resolver pair can only be called once.

When appending the key/value pair separately, garbage collection could be
triggered before the value is added, which could cause problems during
marking. This patch changes insertion to add both values at the same
time, which prevents partial entries from being present in the internal
buffer.

Property key query for Proxy objects always returned all keys
even if no symbols were requested symbols were present in the
resulting array.

This patch reworks several structures:
- Fulfill and reject reactions are combined into one collection. The values in this collection
are compressed: a capability followed by an optional fulfill and reject functions.
- Fulfill and reject reactions are directly stored, no need to allocate an object for them.
- The job queue directly stores its items, this saves a pointer to the value, and the
callback is replaced by an uint8 type.
- Promise status and already resolved is stored in extra_info.
