Currently only the 0x10C80..0x10CF2 is accepted as valid identifier character from the non-basic plane. Robert Fancsik	30867e27e0	Fixes uint16_t overflow in ecma_new_ecma_string_from_utf8_converted_to_cesu8 () This unreported test issue revealed an assertion in jmem_heap_finalize (). During the conversion the lot of additional information what a cesu8 represented string needs caused overflow while setting the new ecma_string_t variable's length. Akos Kiss	6ca8319aea	Split unit tests into separate directories (#1761 ) The unit tests should follow the component structure, so this patch moves all `jerry-core` unit tests under `tests/unit-core` and the `jerry-libm` unit tests under `tests/unit-libm`.
