[ES2015][TypedArray] add other 8 types (#1532)

Browse Source 
Add Uint8Array, Int16Array Uint16Array, Int32Array, Uint32Array, Float32Array, Float64Array and Uint8ClampedArray. Support the conversion between any pairs of those types.
